Hi All,

My name is Valerie, my husband and I live in Long Beach (CA) and have just begun raising chickens. We have three so far, all donated to us by others: Mrs. Featherbottom, Stacy, and Big Chickie (the baby). I love having chickens, and I hope that with more room one day I can have more!

I look forward to joining the backyard chicken community and getting to know you all!
