Newbie duck mom

My Cayuga layed eggs but does not sit on them. She's free range all the time in my yard. Always patrolling, even at night. I've caught her once, sitting for a few min. But that's it.will I be having grand duckies? By the way male is an About Range.

From what i know she will not sit on nest until she has 10 or more eggs that way the will all hatch at the same time

She won't even sit? We r in Texas it's hot here.I'm new to this but I'm in love with them, they are so funny!
