Hi, my name is Sauron, it is not fake, or a joke, that is my first name. I've always loved chickens, so when i was directed here, i was very happy to read so many posts, and fun stories, and I enjoy seeing how this community helps each other so much, so i decided to join it, i'm hoping to be able to have a lot of fun here, I hope to make lots of new friends.

About me. I love chickens, I am a Lord Of The Rings fan, I am a Hobbit Fan, I always wondered why i had such a weird name, and my parents showed me Lord Of The Rings, and I instantly became entranced with it, I am very proud to be named after, (In my opinion) the coolest villain in all of movie history now. I live in London, so as you can guess, (No Chickens...)

, But i am hoping to have a lot of fun here, hope to be talking to some of you!

Hello Sauron and . I'm sorry you can't have any chickens where you are. At least now you can live vicariously through all of us BYC posters. Just curious as I know nothing about your area, but why don't they allow chickens where you are?

They do allow it, but between working, and not having enough money to take care of them very well, it is not really an option at this point.

At least you know what you are and aren't capable of. To bad others can't learn from you. I don't know how many times I have seen people get baby chicks at Easter for their kids and then they either mistreat them, or just kill them. I hope someday you can have all that you want.

Yup, me too, but until then, ill learn anything I can here, and hopefully be able to take care of my chickens very well.
