Welcome and good luck with your hatching.
Number one rule with an incubator is to never trust a built-in thermometer or humidity gauge.
Always and I mean always by at least one separate thermometer and a humidity gauge to calibrate. Built-in thermometers and humidity gauges are known to be off.
