Hey there everyone! I just got into this whole chicken thing literally last week and brought home four pullets four days ago. I built the coop 2'x4'x3' tall with a 2'x4' run below. Pics to come. But the thing is it seems like it never quite done. Im always finding some reason to fix this or change that, i guess as an excuse to hang out with the girls lol. This was my first attempt at building anything as im not a very handy guy, but we got hit by a tornado yesterday and i didnt lose so much as a shingle so i guess i did something right lol.

! Great to have you aboard! If possible you might consider expanding both your coop and run size. The recommended coop size is 4 sq. ft. per bird and for the run it is 10 sq. ft. per bird. Good luck to you!

I plan to free range once they learn where they sleep at night but thanks for the advice, any and all advice is always welcome :)
