Hi,
I just got three hens (hopefully no roosters). They're 2-3 weeks old and I'm wondering if its normal for the larger of them to be pecking and flapping at the other two?
I'm also curious if its too early to give them a little greens, I just pulled some chard from my garden and would like to share with the girls.
It's 90 degrees to Northern Ca., so I let them out in their coop for a little while today, is this recommended or are they too young?
Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Usually chicks aren't put out until they are fully feathered, I think the heat and sun may be too much for them at this age. I would also hold off given them special treats for a couple more weeks.
