Newbie Hatcher!!

I am picking up my incubator today and am SO excited!

The incubator does not have a turner, so I will have to turn by hand. Is there a post that walks people through incubating step by step for the first time? I just don't want to screw it up. I assume I will lose a couple, but really want to do well for the chickies and for my kiddos!

Any help is appreciated!! Thank you!
