Hi Everyone,

I'm Donna, I live Fresno, CA (central San Joaquin Valley). My husband and I are building a coop and getting 3 chicks in September (hens only). We want fresh eggs and some sweet girls to raise as pets.

I used to help my Granny when I was a little girl gathering eggs and feeding her chickens. She had a little red bantam named Chi-chi that sat on her lap every afternoon. Most days Chi-chi would lay an egg right there in Granny's lap. We thought that was the grandest thing ever. My cousin & I still talk about it.

I'm looking forward to having my hens and the eggs we'll hopefully get next spring/summer and learning all I can on backyard chickens.

BTW. I can figure out how to view the chicken cam???????

Regards,
Donna

. Which Chicken Cam?

I should clarify that I am reading "Chicken Coops" 45 Building Ideas for Housing Your Flock by Judy Pangman. It states that their is a chicken cam for the "Little Red Henhouse" and lists backyard chickens as the source. I'd love to be a chicken voyeur, LOL. This is the type coop I want to build so I'm interested in seeing it. But, I'd love to watch anyone's cam. Help???
