Hello all, I’m a newbie in the community of chickens. I’ve had two hens for about a year now but I got them as adults and now I’ve recently added 3 Wyandotte pullets who are 2 months and 2 straight run Splash Ameraucana’s who are almost a month and a half. So it’s a mystery to see if I got two pullets or one of each which I’m hoping I got a roo and a hen! I currently have them inside my house because we’re about to have a horrible cold snap and my chicken coop is too small so we’re doing renovations. By next week I’ll be introducing the Wyandotte’s to my other older ladies and see if there isn’t a scuffle.

I’ve attached photos of my two older ladies(one when she was a bit smaller) and of the two straight run! I’ll add photos of my Wyandotte’s in a couple of day!
My two older gals are named HeiHei and Pua!
I’m from Mid SE Texas! I’m an avid nature photographer on my days off! I’ve also attached some of the ducks and geese’s I’ve photographed at my local pond! I do not own them but I love photographing their beautiful feathers!
I got into chickens because farm animals have always been in my life since I was little! I have two horses, two Nigerian/Pygmy goats, a Chinese Goose, dogs and cats!
