Newbie is this pip normal?

Second hatch ever last was 2 eggs šŸ˜€ so this slit has been like this a few hours. Last ones made a tiny hole and it was quick from that point.

It can take a while. Do you still hear any chirps or see any movement. If you look closely you can sometimes see the membrane flap moving as they breathe.
 
It can be normal for chicks to take as long as 24 hours from initial pip to zipping. The assisted hatch article in the link above is a fantastic guide on how to safely assist if you think the chick needs help

We have the day to get it done . At 16ish hours now Our first two were sooo fast. They made cracks over night and boom we sat down to watch and hatched really quickly. I suppose don't have much to compare to so was concerned.
 
I'll repost later today if he hasn't hatched. I've played chirp noises checked humidity too. I hear peeping I've even seen movement maybe beak in the hole but no progress. I hope it's not malposition but do wonder. will certainly ask for advice at 24 hour mark if he isn't out
