Hello all!
I have been thrust into the role of taking care of the ducks at my job, and am LOVING it! However being new to all of this, I have some questions.
First off the background. We have 5 ducks (sadly I am unaware of the breed and gender of them, but am in the process of finding out). They live year round in a fenced in enclosure, with a small pond to enjoy at their leisure. We built them a little duck house, and hve raised them since they were ducklings. I feed them poultry crumbles. Now as I was feeding them, I stumble across numerous eggs (picture below) there are multiple eggs (last I counted over 20).
Now for my questions. Should I start to collect the eggs? How will I know if they are fertilized? If I do collect them, how often should I collect them?
Thanks in advance for the help!!
