Newbie needing tips

I am looking to start hatching my own eggs please help with questions
1 what is the best incubator I can purchase for under$200.00
2 any tips on successfully hatching the chicks will help

I personally prefer Brinsea incubators. No idea how much they go for in the States, but they are worth their price. I've had excellent hassle free hatches in mine.
