Type of comb, rose?? Male or female 6 to 7 week EE?

I am Leslie from west Texas. I am a newbie chick owner. 1 buff turken pullet, 2 buff brahmas and 2 Rhode island reds which I don't know the sex of either of the breeds yet. Also 3 what i believe are easter Eggers and I am trying to figure out the sex on these as well. I have very close neighbors and city ordinances prevent loud crowing so I need to identify my Cockerels and rehome them unfortunately. I am worried my favorite, the black/white EE is a Lorenzo and not a Loretta. It is 6 or 7 weeks. The comb alternates between peach and pink. No waddles, but pink around the area sometimes. If anyone can give details or help me identify sex it would be greatly appreciated.
