I hatched my first batch about 10 days ago...7 healthy splash/black marans...how old will they be when I can tell if they are boys or girls? What will I be looking for?

I think from about a month-old onward you'll be able to begin seeing differences. Cockerels will develop larger combs that get brighter red sooner than the pullets. Cockerels will also develop more pointed neck and saddle (the part of the back near the tail) feathers than the pullets. When it's time, you can post photos on the "What breed or gender is this?" section to get help.

Thanks for the welcome!! Not my first...I bought 2 RIR, 2 goldstar and a leghorn pullets last year. They are laying now. And then I got into what I hear you guys calling chicken math. Bought an incubator and hatched my splashes. I have 9 Ameracauna in the bator now. Not sure what direction I am going with all of this but having fun and my hubby has been very agreeable.
