Getting egg's is alway's a good thing! What breed or breed's did you get?
Not really sure what they are completely, I bought them at Tractor Supply like 4 days old. But I do know I have one leg horn five Rhode Island Reds and one black something.
The black one might be either a Black Australorp or a black sex-link.

Not really. I know that the Maran's lay the dark brown egg's. Could that be what you were looking for?
No I read something about black skin chickens that lay dark green or blue almost black eggs I heard they're pretty expensive though. I'll see if I can find a picture.
