Hey everybody,
I've been reading off this sight for some time, especially for purposes of becoming a good chicken handler. I've had a flock for 8 months or so now. My girls are all productive and healthy layers. 2 grown hens from the original batch (lost one to predators unfortunately), and have 2 news chicks being raised in the brooder and slowly integrated to the flock via the 'see and no touch' method I learned from one of the threads here.
I just now got around to making a forum account. I live in Memphis, TN, the Bluff City; home of the Memphis Grizzlies, Graceland, and the world's best BBQ. I look forward to getting to know the community and learn more as questions arise.
