newbie to BYC

Hi, new to BYC, trying to figure it all out. Adopted my first 2 babies when they were 8 weeks from the Humane Society where I work. They ended up being hens. Built a chicken tractor for them, and 2 months later they gave me eggs. I was hooked. In March bought 6 peeps, 3 Americana's, 3 Rhode Island Red mixed, from tractor supply and incubated a dozen eggs from a friend. Out of the 6 that hatched FIVE were roosters. They have been rehomed. I have 7 hens and 2 roosters and learning new things everyday. Love all the info from BYC.
