newbie to chickens and ducks

i have a few questions but to introduce myself i will say we started raising our flocks last spring in 2020. we had planed on chickens but not ducks(until our children begged) now we have some black sex link and barred rock hens, two female pekins and a male mallard, along with some bourbon red turkeys
