Newbie to Raising Poultry!

Hey guys. So I just ordered 10 baby Pekin ducklings and I am super eager to get them and start raising. I do have some questions, however. 1.) When will I get them (ordered from Tractor Supply Co.) Has anyone ordered from them?
2.) What tips do y’all have for a newbie.
