Gapeworm is very rare, more often they have a respiratory infection that makes them gasp for air. Definitely post in our Emergency forums for more help, you will no doubt be advised to start your flock on antibiotics. @Tookie has left you with the link.

You could try looking down her throat..just wanted to introduce myself-im lee ann and im from north alabama..i love my egg layers and love my silkies..currently have a sick silkie and not sure if its respiratory or actually gapeworm..seperated and treating for both..how do you onow if its gapeworm other than a necropsy?
