Glad to meet you, and welcome to BYC. Best wishes with that unhappy chick. I hope time and good care will resolve the issues with the poor thing. It sounds as though you are taking good care of this little one.

I was looking at your wonderful new coop and pen. Does the chicken coop have ventilation? I can't see any from the picture. Ventilation is really important for chicken health - their poop has a lot of ammonia that needs to get vented away.

Thank you. And yes, the little thing has quit the constant chirping. After changing up a few things, it appears so is well. I have appreciated all of the input.

Happy New Year and best wishes to everyone. An update: Aftee changing up a few things and giving it some time to adjust I’m happy to report this little one pulled through and is acting quite normal. Thanks to everyone for the insights and thoughts, they were quite helpful.
