I'm sorry for your loss and hope your rooster will be okay; it can be tough on them when they lose a partner.

I am quite fortunate to have finally found a vet in the area who LIKES and will treat poultry; she has chickens, ducks and turkeys of her own. BUT, before that, I relied heavily (and still do) on the experience of this group and its members' willingness to help me.
