I live in Kountze TX with my boyfriend. We now have 3 Dominque roosters and 6 Dominque hens. Also have 1 Barred rock rooster and a menagerie of 6 hens ( Americauna, Rhode island red, buff orpington.
Would have more but to make long story short, pack of dogs came through and killed off about a dozen. We free range and before we could get to them they were attacked. We live on 20 acres and they were at the back of the property. So we are rebuilding now.
Also have 8 pekin 6 months old and 10 pekin ducklings 2 weeks old on the 13th of September. I just love all my little ones
