Yes I am new to chickens but have been thinking/learning about them for years.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have 6 hens who are about 5 months old.
(3) What breeds do you have?
We have 6 jersey giants who are about 5 months old.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They are so fun to watch and spend time with.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Raising kids, hiking, gardening, native plants.
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
Three dogs, three kids, and three chickens that then became 6 chickens when a dog killed one and they sent a spare when we ordered more.
