I have had chickens and hatch from my original flock .But recently was asked to rescue a flock of 30 living in filthy mud cages.i do not know these breeds so I'm studying to be a good chick momma

How nice of you to rescue these birds! Let them relax for several days, keep the stress down around them (no lawn mowers, barking dogs, lots of kids, etc...) and you can then access their health.
