Wife and I got started with some hens about 1 year ago. Currently have 6 hens....2 are members of AARP and don't lay, 2 RIR's, 2 Brahmas. We are the personification of the word NEWBIES. Have been reading the site since an article in Parade Magazine a while back. Excellent site for a newie. Thanks for the welcome. Heck we had no idea what breeds we had till we got on this site.
