Hi, I am a newbie from Ma. I am finding this information overwhelming. I had chickens about 20 years ago and now have had an overwhelming urge to have them again.Its been going on for months so I couldn't control my urge any longer. lol We are building the coop and will have our new little charges in about 2 weeks. All this info on the deep method and the predators has me really concerned. I am hoping I will just fall into what is right for me and them in time. Years ago there was no internet and we learned by trial and error and yes the hard way too. I really get a kick out of chickens they can be very funny and amusing. I also have a dog, 3 cats that have a fort knox area to go outside in and one old man, lol. lionpearl
