What is the best medication to treat newborn goats (Boer) for Pneumonia. I have Duramycin 72-200 and LA-200. Which is better and is there another medication that is even better than those.

I'm sorry to hear your little guy is sick. I really hope this helps: http://www.tennesseemeatgoats.com/articles2/pneumonia06.html

If you have a vet in the area they may be able to determine what medication would work best, as different bacterial infections respond to different drugs. Keep the baby warm, hydrate (I think electrolytes instead of milk is suggested), and calm. Bring it inside if need be but letting it stay with its mother will be the least stressful thing for both.

Best of luck!

They are both inside. Momma was not letting them nurse or snuggle to keep warm. Momma also kicked one of the girls and knocked her over. So they are bottle babies now. I've noticed some gurgling sounds coming from them and that has me a little worried.

very sleep deprived, just trying to teach them how to nurse from a bottle and constantly checking on them.)

It may not be pneumonia if it is just gurgling. You could try gently holding them upside down to see if any liquid comes out of the lungs. Also, make sure when they feed on the bottle they don't inhale any of the formula as they can get pneumonia this way as well.
