Newby day 18 jitters

Hi everyone! Day 18 babies in lockdown...i feel like I'm in lockdown waiting lol. My humidity is 70 my temp is 99 my worry is my air cells looked huge when candled. I started with 6 and down to 3. They were all moving great just don't want any issues. They are silkies and I have read they could come early?
One of my eggs the airsac almost looked like a one sided saddle is this ok?

I imagine its a little late for a response now. Sounds like they'll be very small chicks. Hope they hatched ok!!
