Newly hatched chick problem doesnt walk right.?????

One of the baby chicks that hatched late yersterday is not walking on his feet, when he does walk he walks on his knees not his feet, what has happened ??? will the baby chick correct this or do I need to cull the baby.Thanks for any help.

Is his toes curled up? If so tape them to a peace of cardboard to straiten them out an see if it can walk then.
