Newly hatched chick with bum foot

Chick just hatched yesterday and isn’t putting weight fully on its legs/feet. It looks rather healthy compared to the other two baby chicks that hatched it’s just not running around and walking around like it should and it’s standing cross legged. What can I do to help it?
