Newly hatched chicks and heatwave

Have a mama hen and had 5 chicks, now 4 that hatched today. Outside temps in the low 100’s, set up fan in the coop but it’s still super hot in there. Should I move them all inside for a week until the temps drop a bit?
Mom was panting and the chicks were not. Unsure if the little guy that didn’t make it succumbed to the heat.

If you do decide to move them be careful with the broody hen, she could stop taking care of the chicks( just do it at night). Also, I would move them , but that is just my opinion.

I moved them all inside. I have a nice gash due to angry mama hen but they all seem to be doing better
