Newly hatched duckling standing issue

This little fella hatched this afternoon with some help due to being shrink wrapped. He seems to walk ok but standing he's like doing a split. Anyone have ideas or suggestions to help him?

looks like splayed leg you need to make or buy “ hobbles” for him right away

Make sure to keep him on non slippery surface also.
