Niacin and complex b

can I use niacin flush free for their vitamins or complex b vitamins which contains niacin ?

It depends what you're feeding (you didn't specify an animal), but in general Niacin is great for poultry and especially ducks. Flush free, I think, is not nearly as good for actual nutrition, so it's sort of pointless. I'd use the vitamin B complex tablets (I always keep some on hand.)
