Niacin deficiency in duckling

Niacin might prevent the legs from bowing, but I doubt that it can straighten bowed legs. Am I wrong??

Might depend on how old the duck is - if it's still developing. Using hobbles to position legs correctly will assist in proper leg development, and the niacin I believe can reverse some damage - certainly makes the legs stronger.

Spright's were beginning to bow when I started treatment, but she was young and it was able to fully correct

You can put it over something like tiny pieces of watermelon, peas, meal worms for the duck that's struggling - you definitely want her to have the full dose every day. You can add extra to their water, and also add nutritional yeast or brewer's yeast to their food to assure they're getting enough.
