Niacin for ducklings help please!!!!

Just hatched some welsh harliquin ducklings. How much niacin should I give them? How much a week? And for how long?

get plain niacin not time released or flush free, 100-150 megs mixed into a gal of water then put into their waterers once a day for 10-12 weeks. In the US we have to ask the pharmacist for it for some reason they keep it behind the counter.
