Niacin

What happens if you don't give your bird niacin? And where are some places to get them? Is there any feed that provides it? Purina flock raiser? Nutrena all flock?

It depends on the duck and the circumstances. Many ducks do fine on most any feed, but some number of them seem sensitive to low niacin levels.

If a feed is designed for waterfowl, it will likely contain enough niacin.

Also, supplemental food, such as bugs outdoors, supply some niacin.
