I personally have never used one but they are a solid consumer body. I think that models was touted for its video capability as well.

I got one in October. I should have gotten a better lense. I was dumb enough to let the sales person pick one out for me. It's a pretty good camera. I think I got mine at Ritz Camera, then found it about two hundred cheaper at Costco next time I was there.

It is very good in less than ideal light, and I have not begun to learn how to use it like it can be used. I point and click and am very happy with it.
