No Baby Chicks! Ordered Cancelled Again!

I am so disappointed. I have had my 2nd order of chicks cancelled this week from Frey's. Anyone else in this position! Any suggestions?

I don't know where you live...but depending on the part of the country you are in, hatcheries will cancel orders if it's too hot outside. It happens to people here in the low desert...so you have to get your orders in before summertime.

Again, I am sure this depends on the hatchery.

I definately don't live in the desert. I'm in eastern Canada & the particular hatchery has been quarentined by Goverment agency.

Could you try another hatchery maybe? Hope you get some chicks soon.

I'm in east-middle TN and just received mine from Welp today, no cancellations

i would try and cancel and go with another hatchery. Why are they quarantined? that would make me a little bit uneasy. I've ordered from mcmurray, and i'm really far away from them. It's got to be frustrating for you. I count the days before they come in the mail. It's like Christmas!
