No corn for warm weather

I've always been told corn creates body heat (even with horses and other animals).

This is commonly circulated around forums but I don't think it has actually ever been proven to be true. They'll be fine.

I usually give my hens sunflower seeds. They are good for them especially during molting.

A mix of unshelled and shelled black oil. And hearts of unkown.

I give mine whole black sunflower seeds and they do fine.
