no crow roosters

i have a RIR rooster and some silkies i know they are roosters all about 3 months old they don't crow never hear it in the mornings and i get up about 5am and be outside working what am i doing wrong why are they not crowing ?

Some of my roosters didn't start crowing till 4 months or older (especially the Silkie roos).
I have other roosters that started crowing while still in the brooder at 1 month old.
You just never know.
Be thankful you still have a little peace and quiet . . . for now.

Silky roosters are generally late bloomers. In my experience bantams were among the early crowers while standards took longer to mature. You are doing nothing wrong. Your roosters just have to grow up.
