No egg song, but an egg!

I just went out to check on my girls, and was going to actually ask about new layers being broody on the fake eggs, since Husky was laying quiet as can be on the fake eggs.

Well. I stepped back to ponder, and she delicately lifted her butt, and pop! Out comes this little cutie!

Anyone else have chickens that don't sing the song of bounty when they lay?

Yep, I have a few silent droppers. Unfortunately they are outnumbered by the not-so-silent ones! <sigh>
