I had a hawk swoop down and small injury to one scared the other Barred Rock hens. This was almost four weeks ago. Since then I have had zero eggs from either hen. One had a slight injury on her chest and definitely was stressed the other was fine but probably scared. But all I can read is that this might last a few days or a week but it has been 30 days and still no eggs. I've have been supplement their food with more protein/veggies. They have access to calcium Etc but nothing. Any ideas or suggestions? Or maybe they'll just never lay again? They are only 18 months old so not sure what to do.

Are they beginning a molt? 18 months seems to be the time they go into a hard molt.

Yes. One did molt, but feathers growing back. Still no eggs
When molting, they use (almost) all their protein and essential vitamins to grow back feathers and get ready for winter, so lack of eggs when hens are molting is completely normal.

Maybe the rest of your flock was first stressed, and is now beginning to get ready to molt, therefore stopping egg production.. ?
