No eggs for months

i have 8 hens ranging from 3 years to a 1 year, that have been laying until about 3 months ago. They started to molt and have all finished except one. She has never laid and is always molting. But none of them are laying at all. We have started giving them cat food again as the weather is getting cold again. I need help!

Unless you start supplemental light, you are not going to see eggs again until the days begin to lengthen again. This is the natural rest period for chickens. We are all so used to having eggs in the grocery store year-round that we forget that they are a seasonal product.
