No eggs from my silkie.

I have a silkie that I've had since mid June and still no eggs/broodiness.
Her sister has already layed eggs, and more.

Her sis laid eggs for 2 weeks,
Went broody and sat on fake eggs for 1 week,
Sat on real eggs for 3 weeks,
now has ran around with her baby chicks for 2 weeks.

So in total the other hen started laying 8 weeks ago, and her sister has not laid the first egg.
They weren't babies when we got them, but they had not started laying at the time. Ill show a pic of her in mid June.

We don't know for sure we only know that we have had them since June the picture above is what she look like in June so she was not a real young chicken at the time but nothing for sure. Her sister chicken started laying 8 weeks ago

Do you have a picture of the comb. The picture from the side looks like my roster, hackles feathers look long and it’s bigger size. I have heard of Silkie not laying till over a year old.

I was able to see the video. Hmmm, kind of looks like a young cockerel but hard to tell. Not knowing the age is going to be hard to say. I have one that just started laying at 27 weeks but one 4 weeks older and one with the same hatch date that are not laying. Another thought is if she free ranges she maybe laying somewhere else. Try showing your video on the above Silkie thread, there are a lot of more experienced Silkie breeders on there that might be able to help.
