no eggs in 2 weeks, pecking still going on

I have 2 siver seabrights and one buff orpington. I moved the mean seabright to another pen because of the pecking. Still no eggs for two weeks. my buff had been very regular until a week or so after the two new ones arrived. one of the seabrights was laying also but it quit the same time the buff did. any suggestions.

I am in N.C. I have been keeping the house around 45 deg. all the time. and a 60 watt light for 6 hours after dark by a timed photo eye.
