I got this gentle girl early April when I assume she was at point of lay. She came home with an isa brown who layed the day she arrived and every day since. I am pretty sure my Australop does not lay. Is this possible?
I search the yard regularly for a nest i may be missing but have not found eggs anywhere yet.
Should i try locking her in the coop again for a couple of days?
She is beautiful and looks healthy to me so Im miffed.
Any advice be appreciated
Thanks

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
