no eggs!

hi

we got 10 chickens on the 16th of august this year, we thought they were about 16 weeks old, but now think they were younger only two are laying eggs any ideas on what we might be doing wrong??

Might they be older? My girls that are a little over a year have all stopped laying and gone into full moult, so now I only get a few eggs per day from my pullets.
