No eggs?

I have one 1 year old runner, two 7month old swede girls, and three 4 month buff girls. My runner has stopped laying for a while now. One of my Blue Swedish girls is the only one laying. The other girls haven't even started. Why haven't my other Swedish girl started, she's old enough. And are the buffs old enough to even start?

I was told to start looking for eggs at about 6 months. Are they confined or free range? If free range she might have a nest somewhere. Good luck.

They have a big yard and then they are in at night. Maybe she just doesn't want to start.
