I have 2 leghorns 3 barred rocks and 2 easter eggers. They range in age from 1 1\2 years old to 5 years old.
In december I was getting 4 eggs a day, since then only 1 white egg a day.
We're in the pacific northwest, so no arctic weather, I've tried putting in fake eggs, giving them more protein, more calcium, nothing!!
I'm at a loss, I miss the cackling.

I agree with the others. You might also want to check your hen's health. Maybe they went broody too. Laying is best in the first two years, so maybe some of your hens have retired from laying. The possibilities of why your hens have stopped laying are endless!

How much sunlight are your hens getting, they need at least 12-14 a day.

Mine are almost 3 (in June) and they hadn't laid since the first week in October............gave them some meal worms and the next day I had an egg, unfortunately it had a crack in it.

There are many different reasons why they might not be laying but sunshine (light) is the biggest reason.

october, wow. Well, we live in the pacific northwest and sun has not been out alot. They have almost an acre of land to scratch around on. Plenty of fresh nibbles, and 18% feed. So I guess we'll have to wait and see.

yes, every weekend we have an egg hunt. Sometimes someone will lay in the goat house but not always.
As for the moulting, one poor girl has been molting for 2 months, but I don't see any feathers from the rest
that indicates that they're still moulting

I'd try confining them in the coop for a few days and see if you get eggs. On an acre of land, there's tons of places they could be hiding eggs. That will at least tell you if they're actually laying or not.

Are their combs still red? That usually indicated laying.

I agree. One way to do that is by using a heat lamp. But if you do use a heat lamp to give them light, do not leave you heat lamp on fore more than 16 hours. If you keep it on longer it can cause many health related problems.

You would want to use a regular bulb, as opposed to a heat lamp. Safer & much cheaper to run also.
